Refunds: 

Products and services are provided and dispatched in good faith that they arrive or are provided as  -

• New, undamaged & as described if physical goods 

• On time and as described if a digital product or online service

If you are dissatisfied with your product or service, we will endeavour in the first instance to dispatch or provide you with a replacement or rescheduled service free of charge, and if this cannot be achieved we will refund your purchase amount in full.

Shipping & Fulfillment: 

We strive to dispatch goods and services (physical and digital) immediately upon receipt of your order and payment, via our automated emails and calendar platform.

Physical goods are dispatched next working day via a third party carrier service featuring a tracking number for your convenience, which is emailed to you.
